Thank you for shopping with Beilvora. We are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.


Important Notice: Manufactured in China, Shipped & Returned in the United States

Please read carefully before placing your order.

All Beilvora sunglasses are manufactured in our own factory located in Zhejiang Province, China.

However, all customer orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in the United States, and all eligible returns are processed through our U.S. return warehouse.

We do NOT ship orders directly from China to customers in the United States.

This business model allows us to provide:

  • Faster delivery
  • Easier returns
  • Better after-sales service
  • A more convenient shopping experience

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Our shipping service covers:

  • The contiguous 48 United States
  • Washington, D.C.

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • International destinations

Orders placed outside our shipping area will be canceled and fully refunded.

Business Days: Monday–Saturday

No shipments or deliveries are made on Sundays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Order processing includes:

  • Payment verification
  • Product inspection
  • Packaging
  • Shipping preparation

Orders placed on Sundays or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Shipping carrier
  • Tracking link

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available.


Shipping Delays

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Other events beyond our control

Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Orders returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability.

If this occurs, separate tracking numbers will be provided.


Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your property
  • Ask neighbors or your building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier

If your package cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with the investigation.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer refusal
  • Failure to receive delivery

may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.


Customs & Taxes

Since all customer orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, customers within our supported shipping area generally do not need to pay additional import duties or customs fees.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
