Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a return request.


Important Notice

Please Note:

All Beilvora sunglasses are manufactured in our factory located in Zhejiang Province, China.

However, all eligible returns are processed through our U.S. return warehouse. Customers within the United States are NOT required to return products to China.

This allows us to provide faster processing and a more convenient return experience.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Free from scratches, damage, or signs of misuse
  • Returned with the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items showing excessive wear or intentional damage
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support team.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Your Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

Examples include:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged during shipping

Beilvora will cover the return shipping costs.


Customer Responsibility

Examples include:

  • Ordered the wrong product
  • Changed your mind
  • No longer needed

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Please do NOT return products to our factory in China.

Returns sent to the manufacturing facility may be delayed or rejected.


Inspection & Refund

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your payment provider.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped

If you would like a different style or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If your order has not entered the shipping process, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You may submit a return request after delivery according to this policy.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer refusal
  • Failure to receive delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or alternative payment methods unless required by law.
